Hector Taylor

Founder & Managing Director

Hector is a thought leader in both inbound and outbound marketing and is passionate about marketing delivering measurable value to drive a company's growth. 

He worked in television in his twenties and still enjoys the creative side of marketing and in particular the power of video. He is also a technologist who immerses himself in new marketing technologies and techniques. He has experience of SalesForce, Marketo and Eloqua and is Hubspot qualified. He joined Martrain in 2005, took over the agency in 2010 and launched otto in 2015.

When he is not spending time with his wife, kids and dogs you may find him on a squash court, doing yoga or down the pub!

Steve Jones

Head of Design

Steve leads the design team at otto. He is a specialist in Growth Driven Design and certified for the Hubpot COS. He has a Masters in Graphic Design and can also code.  So whether you website is on Wordpress, Drupal or another CMS he can turn it into a lead generation machine. 

In his spare time he designs his own apps and tries to improve his tennis.

Louise Pierce

Campaign Manager

Louise is an experienced lead generation campaign manager.

After completing a Masters Degree in IT in 1992, Louise worked for a B2B software company as developer and support consultant. She went on to become Customer Services Manager before moving into New Business Development.

With 3 small children Lou doesn’t have any spare time!

Mark Simmonds

Campaign Manager

Mark is an experienced lead generation campaign manager.

He has over 15 years experience in the IT industry in Sales and Marketing. Mark has won and managed major accounts in both the public and private sector and has been involved in the development of services and product for the companies he has worked with. At otto Martrain Mark is responsible for several of the companies high profile customers making sure that all campaigns and integrated programmes are delivered to target, on time and within budget.  

He loves sport and in his spare time he runs half marathons
